Job Responsibilities of Telesales Specialists

• Candidates have to make outbound calls to Australia to sell our products or services.
• Generate new sales or subscriptions to the different services offered.
• Identify customer’s need and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Keep records of all conversations in the database in a comprehensive way.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Required Agent will have to work Morning Shift (7:00 AM-3: 00 PM) from the office.
• Previous experience in Australia-based outbound campaigns will get special preference.

Educational Requirements

• HSC, O Level, A-Level, Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Education qualification really doesn’t matter if you know how to hold a conversation in English.
• The Candidates Must be Fluent IN English!

Experience Requirements

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
•  Experienced agent will get special preference. 
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

• Self motivated & hard working.
• Punctuality is a must.

Salary

• Tk. 14000 – 25000 (Monthly)
• Starting Salary will depends on your required skills.
